A selection of well known tunes, written out for cello. Some of them may have youtube links (for instance to the original song) for you to play along.
These are NOT my own compositions, and are here for your enjoyment. I have made them cello-friendly but take no credit for the original tunes.

If you want to, you can actually play along with this youtube video as they are at the same pitch. This is suitable for cellists of about Grade 3 standard. If you can play A major scale and Bb major scale, you can have a go at this one. It can all be played in 1st position so no shifts required. Note that it changes key halfway through (starts in A major, then moves into Bb major!). This has lyrics so it's easy to know where you are. |
