I teach a limited number of piano students, both adults and children.
I specialise in working with beginners, helping to develop their confidence and musicality.
Please contact me to discuss starting or continuing your musical journey. Rusty adults welcome!
I have a full size electric piano for any students attending lessons in person. This can be cleaned easily and is positioned so that we can maintain 2m distance in my studio.

"Thank you so much for everything you have taught C this term. She is really enjoying learning to play the piano and reading music (she was even teaching her little sister this weekend!) and I know that is down to your enthusiasm, patience and hard work." EB - Dec 2021
"Thank you for introducing B to the piano this term. He is really enjoying his lessons." KC - Dec 2021
For adult learners, I often use the book "It's never too late to play Piano" by Pam Wedgwood. This comes with a helpful CD.
For younger learners, we normally start with "Tunes for 10 Fingers" by Pam Wedgwood.
I find that both adults and children develop their reading much faster by also starting work on the written music theory books.
