Stretching

Stretching is very important, as playing the cello can be quite physical and longer practice sessions can mean you are sitting down for a while.

Feel free to get up and move around during your practice sessions if you start feeling stiff.

Do these stretches after every practice session. They only take a few minutes and you will definitely feel better for it!
