I'm also listed on musicteachers.co.uk
- If you wish to play an electric cello, please note that you cannot use these for ABRSM examinations.
- If you would like help to choose a suitable instrument to rent or buy, I may be able to attend the shop with you to help you choose, though you can often borrow them "on approval" for a short period of time.
- I recommend Pirastro Cello Rosin, ABRSM Rosin, or ART Rosin.
- If you wish to buy an instrument "sight unseen" over the internet, please discuss this with me first as every tree is different and not all instruments are created equal!
- If you are contemplating a second hand or older instrument, please do your research extremely thoroughly before you commit yourself, and consider getting a second opinion.
- Cello rental and purchase prices will vary significantly depending on the quality of the instrument that you select.
